車仔麵誕生於香港街頭文化,早年小販以裝有煮食格的手推車沿街叫賣,名字亦由此而來,並逐漸演變成香港最具代表性的美食之一。文記車仔麵自 2018 年至 2025 年,連續 8 年榮獲《米芝蓮指南》推介餐廳殊榮。我們匯聚高水準的廚師團隊,提供超過 100 款配料與麵條,讓您隨意拼配心水口味,同時結合由 AI 設計及高科技打造的輸送帶系統,務求為您帶來細膩而嶄新的麵食體驗。我們於福榮街設有多家分店,而總店仍沿用傳統方式點菜,以守護香港獨特的飲食文化。能夠為您奉上香港標誌性菜式,我們深感榮幸。

Man Kee Cart Noodles in Sham Shui Po, which usually has long queues on weekdays, has been included in the Michelin Guide's street food recommendations for the first time. The owner, "Mr. Simon Wong", said that cart noodles are a local food and authentically Hong Kong. While he was surprised and delighted to receive the Michelin recognition, his greatest hope is that Hong Kong people will cherish local food establishments: "I thought only Western and Japanese restaurants could get Michelin stars!"
平日大排長龍的深水埗文記車仔麵,首次打入米芝蓮街頭小吃推介,其食店老闆黃先生(Simon)表示車仔麵為本土食物,夠地道,取得米芝蓮殊榮固然驚喜,但最希望是港人珍惜本土風味食店:「以為都係西餐食物同日式嗰啲拎到米芝蓮!」

文記車仔麵是香港一道很受歡迎的麵食,以前是街頭小販推著小車賣的。一碗麵裡的所有食材都可以從種類繁多的配料、麵條、湯底等中自由選擇。由於每一碗麵都是依照顧客喜好訂製的,所以沒有固定的味道。這家店獲得了米其林推薦,食物品質名副其實!
Man Kee Cart Noodles is a popular Hong Kong noodle dish that used to be served by street vendors pushing carts in the old days. Everything in a bowl of noodle can be picked from a wide array of ingredients, noodles, soup bases, etc. There is no standard taste as every bowl is personalised. Michelin guided and the food quality meets the hype!
