深水埗文記車仔麵一條街已有3間舖，而且不時都會見到門外大排長龍，皆因除了好味之外，文記在2018年更獲得《米芝蓮指南香港澳門》的街頭小吃推介，因此不少外國遊客都會特地慕名而來，品嚐他們的牛肚、牛腩或牛栢葉，大家不妨都可以試下喔！店內掛有「十大必食推介」，大家就可以跟著試試啦！瑞士雞翼十分入味，肉質嫩滑。老闆特別推薦豬大腸，用上自製辣醬製成，誠意滿分！餐牌選擇繁多，配料定價介乎$8-12 （價錢有所不同，因為呢個係幾年前發佈嘅），湯底分清湯、腩汁、瑞士汁。

There are already three shops in Man Kee Cart Noodles in Sham Shui Po, and from time to time you will see a long queue outside the door. In addition to being delicious, Man Kee was recommended as a street snack in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau in 2018. There are "Top 10 Must-Eat Recommendations" hanging in the shop. You can try them! Swiss chicken wings are very flavourful and tender. We were able to have a chance to interview their manager "Simon Wong", where he states that he would specially recommend the pork intestine, made with homemade spicy sauce. Full of sincerity! The menu has a wide range of choices, with ingredients priced between $8-12 (prices vary as this has been posted years ago), and soups are divided into clear soup, brisket sauce, and Swiss sauce.
